Entering 2026 as a Solo Single Mom Who Didn’t Quit

Entering 2026 as a Solo Single Mom Who Didn’t Quit

I’m stepping into this new year with a quiet sense of accomplishment.

Not the loud kind.

Not the “look at me” kind.

But the kind that only comes when you know what it took just to get here.

2025 was not easy.

It was stretching.

It was uncomfortable.

It required me to face things I had been avoiding, patterns I had outgrown, and versions of myself that could no longer come with me.

There was a lot of shedding.

Old beliefs.

Old survival habits.

Old ways of showing up that once protected me but no longer served me.

As a solo single mom, there were days I questioned myself. Days I felt tired before the day even started. Days when I had to be strong simply because there was no other option.

But I didn’t quit.

I faced obstacles head on.

I chose growth even when it hurt.

I chose honesty over comfort.

I chose healing not just for me, but for my daughter who is watching how I move through life.

2025 planted seeds.

Seeds of discipline.

Seeds of clarity.

Seeds of boundaries.

Seeds of self trust.

And now, 2026 feels different.

This year is not about proving.

It’s about intention.

It’s about being present with my daughter in a deeper way.

Loving on her.

Listening more.

Showing up regulated, grounded, and emotionally available.

It’s about being the best version of me not perfection, not pressure, but alignment.

Intentional with my time.

Intentional with my thoughts.

Intentional with what I allow into my space and spirit.

I’m not rushing this year.

I’m not forcing outcomes.

I’m allowing what was planted to sprout in its own time.

If you’re a solo single mom reading this, I want you to know something. You don’t have to announce your growth for it to be real.

You don’t have to justify your healing.

And you don’t have to rush into becoming.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is stand still long enough to recognize how far you’ve come.

2026 is about abundance, yes.

But it’s also about peace.

And presence.

And becoming a safe place for yourself and your child.

We are not starting over.

We are continuing, wiser and more rooted than before.

If this resonated with you, I invite you to stay connected.

2026 is not about doing more.

It’s about becoming more aligned.

You don’t have to do it alone.

With Love,

HealingHer.Daily
